This page is designed to provide  students with academic resources.  Below each resource you will find an abbreviation indicating the grade level the resource applies.  ES for Elementary School, MS for Middle School, and HS for High School.  If there are resources that you have found to be helpful this page is continually building and your suggestions would be appreciated.

The New York Times has an education blog called The Learning Network that contains information for teachers and students.  Within the site are lesson plans, activity sheets, quizzes, a word of the day and articles geared towards students.

The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction  (OSPI) is the primary agency in charge of overseeing K-12 education in Washington State.   This site provides information for parents, educators and students on topics such as state testing and college planning as well as state laws and graduation requirements.

Purplemath contains practical algebra lessons demonstrating useful techniques and pointing out common errors.

The Scholastic website contains information, articles, and activities for children to access and learn from.  In addition, there is information for both teachers and parents to help children on their academic journey.
